___Associate Water System (a private utility or serving a population of 10,000 or more) $250.00          

___Corporate (companies, technical and engineering firms, etc.) $300.00 for parent company and $250.00 for each subsidary, not to exceed $1,000.00

___Individual (membership for one individual person only) $50.00
