VRWA’s 3rd Annual Leadership Symposium will be working with
the Shenandoah Valley Workforce Development Team to present a variety of topics throughout the event. Sessions will run between 45min-2hrs and be interspersed with breaks
and networking opportunities.
Thursday will focus on Workplace Culture. Topics can include:
- Stress in the Workplace
- Workforce Development Partners
- Disability Awareness
- Industry Culture and Meaningful work
- Reasonable accommodations and Technology
- And more.
Friday will focus on Integrity based Leadership. Along with a discussion of living and leading with integrity, projects from the Empowered Team Project will be presented.
