This one-day workshop, sponsored by the EPA, will introduce participants of rural and small water and wastewater systems to the ten key management areas that are important for operating successful water and wastewater systems. Participants will focus on understanding the ten key management areas of an effectively managed system along with participation in a hands-on exercise for assessing their system and prioritizing areas for improvement and developing a process that will help small systems improve performance.
