assigned to VRWA Members first. After February 1, 2026, booth sales will be opened to
non-members

Exhibitor setup and breakdown
• Setup begins Monday, April 20th at 11:00 am. Setup must be completed by 5:00 pm Monday.
• Breakdown begins
after the vendors' grand drawing Wednesday April 22nd at 11:30 am. We ask that you do not break down ahead of time unless you have made prior arrangements.
Loading/Unloading Area:
• Due to possible construction occurring at Hotel Roanoke, please allow for extra time for loading and unloading. As we become aware of circumstances, we will reach out to vendors to help make this process as smooth as possible.

Outdoor Vendor Space
Due to construction at Hotel Roanoke in 2026, there will not be vendor space available. We hope to have it back in 2027.
Exhibit shipping and handling
• Hollins Exhibit
will be handling shipping and setup at Hotel Roanoke. They will contact you several weeks prior to conference with

Fishbowl Drawings
• We encourage you to have your own drawing. You will need to post the name of the winner on the winner's board outside of the exhibit hall and to deliver the prize to the winner. Drawings should be done between 11:00am and 11:30am, Wednesday, April 22.
